Anne Arundel Community College is the largest single campus community college in Maryland.

Over the years, the college has added additional facilities in Arundel Mills and Glen Burnie. Classes are also held in high schools, middle schools, senior centers and various other locations throughout the county. We might just be next door! Howdy neighbor!

Our Home in Arnold, Maryland

Located on 230-acres in Arnold, Maryland, our campus includes 10 academic buildings, a gymnasium, student services center, student union, astronomy lab, a 389-seat performing arts center, library, two art galleries, nature trail and a 3,000-seat athletic field. AACC also holds courses and provides support services in multiple satellite locations throughout the county.

Directions to East Campus

From Washington or Annapolis
Take Route 50 east to exit 27, Route 2 north (Governor Ritchie Highway) toward Baltimore. Stay on Route 2 for about three miles. Turn right on College Parkway. The first right turn is the campus entrance.

From Baltimore
From Interstate 695 take exit 2, Route 10 toward Severna Park. Stay on Route 10 until it ends at Route 2 (Governor Ritchie Highway). Follow Route 2 south about five miles. Turn left on College Parkway. The first right turn is the campus entrance.

Directions to West Campus

From Washington or Annapolis
Take state Route 50 east to exit 27, state Route 2 north (Governor Ritchie Highway) toward Baltimore. Stay on state Route 2 for about three miles. Turn right on West Campus Drive. At the three-way intersection, the building straight ahead is the Center for Applied Learning and Technology. Turn right, continuing on West Campus Drive. The first building on the left is the Cade Center for Fine Arts. The next building is the Florestano Building.

From Baltimore

Parking

Visitors may park in any of the lots designated for general student parking. Short-term metered parking is provided for visitors along a portion of Ring Road on the Arnold campus and near the Florestano Building.


Arundel Mills

Built and financed by the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, Inc., this state-of-the-art facility allows AACC to better meet the needs of residents and employers in the western portion of Anne Arundel County. The 77,000-square-foot higher education facility offers access to complete degree programs, noncredit courses and specialized instruction. AACC at Arundel Mills (AMIL) is a full service center. You can register, receive academic advising, buy your books and access a host of other academic support services. You can even earn an advanced degree through the AACC University Consortium partnership.

AACC at Arundel Mills is located just off Route 100 in Hanover, Maryland at the Arundel Mills shopping center.  The six- acre site adjoining Arundel Mills lies outside Arundel Mills Circle near Cinemark Movie Theater. 

From the Annapolis Area
Route 2 North (Gov. Ritchie Hwy.) to Route 100 West or 1-97 North to Route 100 West to exit 10. At the foot of the ramp, turn left on 713, Arundel Mills Blvd. Turn right into the Arundel Mills Mall and turn right on Arundel Mills Circle. AACC at Arundel Mills is located on the outside of Arundel Mills Circle, directly across from the Cinemark movie theater.

From Baltimore
From I-95, take Route 100 East to exit 10A, Arundel Mills Blvd. or from route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway), take the Arundel Mills Blvd. exit and turn into the Arundel Mills shopping center. AACC at Arundel Mills is located on the outside of Arundel Mills Circle, directly across from Cinemark movie theater.

Parking

On-site parking is available for students and visitors. All faculty and registered students are welcome to park in the campus lot. Parking passes have been discontinued and are no longer required. Bus transportation is available to and from Arundel Mills, which offers more than 169 stores and 26 food establishments.

Center for Cyber and Professional Training

The Center for Cyber and Professional Training (CCPT) in Hanover near Arundel Mills, is a 30,000-square-foot center housing 13 specialized labs, a testing center, faculty offices and space for contract training provided by the college’s Corporate Training Group. High-tech labs allow users to conduct penetration testing and defense in a virtual environment. Additionally, students will be able to design and set up networks with cyber protections. A special feature of the new facility is a digital forensics lab designed to meet federal standards so that students may work on real-world projects in the lab. They also will be able to recover data from networks, desktop devices and mobile devices and reverse engineer malware.

Fort Meade Army Education Center

Anne Arundel Community College offers services at the Fort Meade Army Education Center located on the Fort George G. Meade Army Installation. Services provided include: admissions and registration, placement testing, academic advising, bill/payment plans and career services.

Access to Fort Meade

The Fort Meade Army Education Center services are available to active duty military, military dependents, veterans, reservists and civilians who have base access.

Visitors wishing to access the office at the Fort Meade Army Education Center must register their vehicle with army personnel. Individuals without DoD-issued ID cards must obtain a Fort Meade Access pass from the Visitor Control Center (VCC), 902 Reece Road. Frequent visitors are encouraged to pre-register for a long-term Fort Meade Access pass at the VCC. Nonmilitary students and staff who wish to use services at the center must enter the base via the visitors' entrance at Reece Road and Route 175.

Beginning April 4 2016, VCC Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30a.m.- 9 p.m.; closed weekends.  For Fort Meade Access pass questions, call the VCC at (301) 677-1064 or 1065.

Access to Meade Middle and High School

No special pass or military affiliation is required to take courses offered at Meade High School or Middle School. No vehicle pass or registration is required to access Meade Middle School.

AACC nonmilitary students and faculty must enter off Route 175 (Annapolis Road). Turn onto Disney Road, Meade Middle School is on your left. Park in the faculty/staff parking area or bus lot. Enter at the posted college entrance. Nonmilitary students and faculty can't access Meade Middle School parking lots via Clark Road.


Glen Burnie Town Center

AACC at the Glen Burnie Town Center (GBTC) includes academic facilities in Arundel Center North and the 10,000-square-foot Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Institute. This premier teaching facility offers 6,335 square feet of instructional kitchens plus two café classrooms, a computer lab and smart classroom. The Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Institute (HCAT) facility hosts hospitality and culinary instruction for students pursuing credit degrees and certificates, noncredit job training, or just a love of food.

Sales and Service Training Center

AACC and the Arundel Mills Mall have partnered with the National Retail Federation to create the Sales and Service Training Center (SSTC) at Arundel Mills. The center provides an array of courses and services including an intensive sales and customer service training courses to meet the needs of the sales and service industry. The training is based on national skill standards and prepares you for national certification as a professional in customer service. Additionally the center provides assistance for job seekers and helps employers by assessing, training and referring work-ready candidates for available positions. The center is located in the Arundel Mills Mall.

From Baltimore
Take 295-South to the Arundel Mills Blvd Exit. Continue through the traffic circles to stay on Arundel Mills Blvd. Make a left at the 2nd traffic light (Arundel Mills Circle). Continue on Arundel Mills Circle towards the Mall. Burlington Coat Factory and Off Broadway Shoes are ahead

Use the elevators located in the middle of the garage. Take the elevator down to the casino level. Exit the casino through the front doors. The entrance to the mall food court, Entrance 2, is directly across the street/pedestrian walkway. Do not use this entrance. To the right of Entrance 2, there is a brown cement wall with the AACC logo. Walk through the opening to the loading dock area. The second door is clearly marked as the Sales and Service Training Center (AACC) and (AAWDC) One Stop Career Center. 

From Annapolis
Take 97-North to Route 100-West. Take Exit 10-A and make a left at the traffic light onto Arundel Mills Blvd. Make a right at the 3rd traffic light (Mills Blvd). Make an immediate left to enter the Mall’s outer ring road (Arundel Mills Circle). Continue to follow the Mall’s outer ring road so the mall is on your right-hand side as you are driving.
