A certified e-transcript through Parchment is the fastest way to order and track your transcript. Orders usually are processed and delivered to their destination the same day. This service is available 24/7, even when the college is closed. Effective Dec. 1, 2023, the convenience fee for electronic transcripts has increased to $7. Paper transcripts are also available through Parchment with an $8.50 fee.
Transcript request forms are available at our Arnold location. Orders generally are processed in three to five business days and then sent via standard USPS mail. You also can request to pick it up at our Arnold location. Transcripts ordered this way are processed Monday through Friday. You should allow extra time for processing during the start and end of a term, peak registration periods, commencement and when the college is closed for breaks. There is no fee for this service.
Unofficial transcripts can be viewed in MyAACC or printed by visiting one of our registration locations.
Noncredit (continuing education) transcripts may be requested using a paper form. Complete the form and mail, email or fax it to us.
