LEG-508 Mediation Practice to Maryland

Focus on the Maryland court system, dispute resolution programs, mediation-related rules and statutes, Maryland standards of conduct for mediators and mediation-related resources. Note: This course is designed to provide useful information for individuals who received their basic mediation training in another state, for the mediator trained in Maryland who is returning to their practice of mediation after an extended break, for any mediator interested in a quick refresher about the practice of mediation in Maryland and for Maryland Mediators to maintain their certification. This is a self-paced asynchronous course divided into four modules. Each module focuses on a specific aspect of mediation in Maryland. Module 1: Maryland Court System and Dispute Resolution Programs, Module 2: Mediation Related Rules and Statutes, Module 3: Maryland Standards of Conduct for Mediators, Module 4: Mediation-Related Resources. CEUs awarded. $50 includes $30 fee.
