PTA-106 Kinesiology

Study biomechanical principles of human movement. Include structure and functions of joints and muscle groups and characteristics of normal posture and gait. Review pathologies basic to each specific joint. Lab fee $100. Prerequisite: PTA 101, BIO 231 or BIO 233, MAT 137, ENG 101/101A and PSY 111. Corequisite: PTA 102. Note: You must register for both PTA 106 and PTA 106LB.
