Review grammatical usage of Spanish, including present, past, future and conditional tenses, perfect forms, the subjunctive, comparatives and superlatives, expressions of time and object pronouns. Produce guided compositions, a significant component of the course. Prerequisite: SPA 212 or four years of high school Spanish or permission of the department chair. Note: Not for native speakers. Also offered as SPA 213H; credit is not given for both SPA 213 and 213H.
