A signed letter from your employer on company letterhead stating any one of the following criteria have been met: Completion of 12 months of full-time employment or the equivalent part-time hours processing flexible endoscopes (provide verification signed by your manager on your exam application); completion of an endoscopy technician course with a minimum of 16 hours and a grade of 70 or higher (provide copy of certificate/grade from your instructor) and six months of full-time employment or equivalent part-time hours in related allied health (clinical health care profession) performing endoscopy activities in an endoscopy setting (provide verification signed by your manager on your exam application); or completion of an endoscopy technician course with a minimum of eight hours and a grade of 70 or higher (provide copy of certificate/grade from your instructor) and six months experience processing flexible endoscopes. Note: English as a Second Language students must earn a composite score of 310 or better on the Level of English Proficiency exam, or successfully complete Capstone Level ESL coursework.
