LGS-220 Administrative Law

Examines the nature and function of administrative agencies at the local, state and federal levels. Students will explore the body of laws created by administrative agencies in the form of rules, regulations, orders and decisions and learn about the administrative hearing processes at all levels of government. Prerequisite: LGS 111 or LGS 253.
